Guaranteed Headcount Policy - Please Read In an
effort to ensure the best possible service for your event
at the Waldhorn Restaurant, we ask that parties exceeding
20 guests provide us with a guaranteed headcount.
It is based on this guaranteed number that we will provide
you with the appropriate number of servers for a smoothly
run event, as well as prep food so that you may enjoy your
meals in a timely manner.
Parties will then be charged in accordance with this guaranteed
number. Should fewer people actually arrive for the event,
we will charge $10 for each missing guest on top of your bill.
The Waldhorn Restaurant will accept changes to the guaranteed
number up to two days prior to the event.
Exceptions: if you have ordered a buffet or set menu we will
charge you the buffet price or the fix menu price for the
guaranteed number of people. The deadline for the guaranteed
headcount for buffets is 7 days prior the event.
If your party has less than 50 people, we reserve us the
right to seat other people in the party room.
Your room deposit will be fully refundable up to two weeks
prior to your event. After that it will not be refundable
anymore.
The Waldhorn Restaurant does not accept checks. We gladly
accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as
cash.
